Our products are available for delivery to the Miami Area only. We can ship most of our gifts worldwide! Shipping and Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We offer a free shipping option for all US orders! Free shipping orders are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date, if you need your order to arrive by an exact date we suggest choosing one of our paid shipping methods

Yes we are able to ship most of our gifts (except otherwise noted) worldwide! Just enter your address at checkout and use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend DHL for shipping outside the US

4. What if I want to pick up my order?

5. What is your shipping policy?
Most of our orders are processed and shipped out on the next business day. Please note shipping times are estimates given to us by third party shipping companies and are as accurate as they can keep to their schedule. Around holiday times and other busy times of year, we can expect slight delays. So make sure to order ahead of time if you need your order to arrive as a gift for an important occasion.
You can always order ahead of time and advise when you need your order delivered, We will do our best to plan for it to arrive exactly at the right time. Just leave us a comment at check out to schedule the date (and time if your order is for a Miami Address) for your delivery!

7. Returns
If your item(s) arrives in perfect conditions but you are not happy with what you ordered, you can request a return for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. However, both purchase and return shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid. If you need to return your item, please email us at info@weibiconcepts.com. If you would prefer a refund, both shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
